Sherri H - I have been working out at Family 4 Fitness for several years and do personal training with Kenny. Kenny is an excellent trainer and always puts safety first. There are a variety of people from young to old that exercise at Family 4. Family 4 is a friendly atmosphere. You are never too old to start exercisng!

Just staying active has helped alleviate some of the pain and stiffnes that comes along with the arthritis.

It's conveniently located, the staff is friendly and knowledgable, the gym is clean and bright with lots of equipment to build and strengthen the body and there is a carpeted stretching room with balls to open the body. We're so lucky to have it right here in our neighborhood.
